Stationhead Requests guidelines

  • No OT9 songs - OT9 versions that have been requested will not be played. You probably heard our station play an OT9 version of a song like Side Effects. Sometimes, Stationhead gets confused and may play the OT9 version of a song instead of the OT8 version. We will catch this mix-up when it happens!

  • Requested songs length under 3-4 minutes - Please limit the length of your requested songs to 3-4 minutes. Shorter fillers help us follow streaming guidelines, and the quicker we play them, the sooner we can get back to enjoying Stray Kids! This is super important during Comebacks! We randomly play 1 non-Stray Kids filler every 12-14 songs. If you request a non-Stray Kids filler, please be patient. We see your requests and add it to the rotation on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • No songs by competing/charting artists - We won't be playing any songs from competing artists, whether they are K-pop or non-K-pop. If that artist is currently charting or if they have a newly released album. If the song you are requesting is currently charting on major streaming charts such as Billboard, Spotify or is a newly released song, we will not play the request. Try to request non-charting songs or song that are at least 1 year old. This helps us support Stray Kids and their streaming numbers, which we know is super important to all of you!

I want to stream on my own or
I don't have Spotify Premium. How can I build my own playlist?

Avoid looping! Repeating a song too often can lead Spotify (and YouTube) to flag streams as fraudulent and remove them. Don’t stream the same track on multiple devices or from the same account at once. Instead, mix in a variety of artists and genres every 10–12 songs. These patterns mimic real user behavior, making streams more likely to count.Use Stray Kids Comeback Guide's template below to build your playlist
